Simon Med schedules appointments w/o Dr.’s orders

My Nucular Uptake scan had to be rescheduled 3 times because they did not have the Dr.'s order. Also said I needed a new Covid test because it was over 5 days old. Then they told me if I had both vaccine shots a test was not necessary. User's recommendation: Try to get alternative testing provider.
