So, we took a trip over Fathers Day (my father died last week) to Orlando. By flying we could have more time to spend with family. When we checked our return flight on Monday, they had cancelled our return flight. No alert, no message, no text, no phone call, nothing... And ever since it's been difficult to get a real voice to get this resolved. I had to rent a car and drive all day to get back home Tuesday (which had to happen). I've written many emails, reviews, posts, and such so far, and will continue every day. They ruined and made more painful, what should have been a nice and pleasant visit. We will NEVER user Silver Airways again. Buyer beware! #NeverAgain (picture is my rental car) - if I could vote negative numbers, I would... User's recommendation: Stay away, stay FAR away...
