Sicilian Pistachio.. So Called ?

My first purchase of Talenti, I was excited until the first spoonful. No pistachio flavored at all, this gelato tastes of sugar and dairy, even the whole pistachio nuts mixed into this gelato are flavorless, extremely disappointing. I search online for customer service for this product, I couldn’t find any?
