Hi, I talked with customer service on Monday to order a new card. The issue was that the person helping me was not sure if they could ship the card to my physical address because it is different from the billing address. I was told they would return my call later that day. They did not. I have very little availability to talk on the phone during business hours, therefore I haven't been able to reach back out to them, even though they said they would contact ME on the day I did have time. Now I have received NO confirmation my new CC has been shipped, and I will receive my card THREE business days later than planned which is clearly an inconvenience. I've had cards shipped to this address before so I don't understand why this is even an issue and why it is causing delays.
