SHEIN DHL duty fees

I ordered $317 of clothes and I had free express shipping because of this promotion they had and I didnt know I had to pay fees because it was free and I paid $71.54$ of taxes and I would like to have something to repay for my lost of $71.54$. Id like to contact them but I dont know how User's recommendation: Don’t use express shipping.
