had filmore 7.8 for 3 years and loved it.best for a dumdum like me (all thumbs) but harddrive crashed and lost program.. so I tried to recover by contacting wonderless (or ful) but never get answer. so tried to get filmora 9. paid fr 5999 thru paypal to my bp card. program came on and worked for abot I hour the disappeared again/ all efforts to get answers wekre in vain for about 1 m onth. what's an old man to do? BOO HOO HOO
