I was offered a r100 voucher by sheet street which is in the same group as mr price. I was advised on the sms that I could use it at any of your stores. I went to your mr price home store in william moffat port elizabeth on monday 23 august only to be advised that the voucher did not work. I returned today 24th august and the same thing happened. The staff tried to phone the help desk to get it sorted but no staff were available. I then got asked by a rude staff member why did I leave it till today as the voucher was going to expire today. It is not my fault that your system is not working correctly and I have to lose out on the voucher. I then asked to see the manager of the store and she also had the same attitude so I then asked are you telling me, to take advantage of this voucher I must come during working hours
