service not given but took the payment

I order comprehensive evaluation for gradate admission, I paid $ 200 for 1 day service but no sign of evaluation. Its been 2 business days. They say they evaluator working on m case will get in touch with me but no one has. I already called them thrice but no one gets back to me to resolve my issue. Horrible horrible horrible people. Unprofessional. Don't ever use them for anything!
