tried two days in a row on line and on the phone to book in home service call. On hold for hours!!! literally hours!! Tried calling the store = same results

》 Your Geek Squad is a joke. I have paid for the service for several years now and since Feb. they have done nothing to help me get connected to the internet after the computer was sent away.
