I have now experienced my fourth incident of inaccurate and negligent return decisions supported by Tradesy. In this last situation, a buyer returned an item because (they clearly) stated that it did not fit their foot (I have it in writing ) despite the fact it was accurately described. Tradesy is now returning the item, stating there was wear on a brand new pair of sneakers. How in the world is this possible? For a fact, these sneakers are Brand New and have never been worn – as I personally purchased this inventory. This is just one example of poor business decisions and the unfair treatment to Sellers and for the amount we pay in unreasonable fees this is unacceptable.
