Seiki won’t help me!

Update by user Sep 16, 2018 I was emailed to call a new number. Turns out it was Westinghouse. The phone contact told me to take a photo of the sales receipt, the tv set showing no picture and the blue power light on, and the back of the set with the model number. This was emailed to them, no response. I think I will call on the phone again although my warranty date has passed. Original review posted by user Aug 17, 2018 Just like these other reviews, Seiki will not respond, or they tell me I am contacting the wrong place. A very apologetic CS person at Seiki suggested I write a letter. I plan to report my troubles to the consumer folks at my local news. You should do the same.
