Sears doesn’t know it’s butt from *** in the ground

So I call Sears parts direct 888 service number the representative answers the phone I proceed on explaining the problem I provide him with lawn tractor model number and ask him when I typed in a search using my owners manual blade part number a blade shows up wrong...
