Sealer on my duraceramic tile

Sealer on my Duraceramic kitchen floor disappeared allowing water to seep down through, causing the tiles to warp, and come loose. Most likely ruining the subflooring. I would imagine that mold has also formed on the subflooring. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING SINCE I HAVE ASTHMA. I have been in contact with Carpet Palace, where the flooring was purchased. The NEW owner, David Depaolis, has been very helpful. According to him, Mohawk will replace the tile but not the labor. This, I believe, is not fair. I think you should be responsible for the full repair. This is a spit in the ocean job, compared to many, I'm sure, that Mohawk does. My claim number is 724****.
