Screws for metal bed assembly are missing-

I have called 3 times due to missing parts-The last time I called I was told they would arrive 09-13-19-They did not- The bed is white metal, # H1910-I would like to assemble the bed- Please let me know when the parts (hardware) will be arrive- Thank you for your help in this matter- It is appreciated- George Humphrey 938 Brighton Road, Tonawanda,N.Y. 14150 ghumphrey716@***.com- Ph, #.716-418-****
