Screwed up service and no human that has walking around smarts.

It would take way to long to explain I bought a new mower from Lowes used it 3 time in April and may and then it wouldnt start. When to Lowes to get it exchanged because it didnt have the carburetor cover on it from the factory. 8 pluss weeks later I have spent $320.00 getting my grass cut and havent heard from anyone. I am sick of the lack of customer service. I am not in the mood to Wright a *** novel about all the people I have spoken with and have insulted me because I didnt build the mower adont know anything about the mow User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from them.
