Screwed up bill

Almost 1 year to solve a billing error by rotech. Had been advised by the insurance company 4 times, with proof provided bill had been paid. First representative actually hung up on my as I described the issue and of course didn't annotate her action with me. Of course, did not want to be held accountable for her actions. Second representative did the work respectfully, found the proof and is working to obtain the document and correct the problem. User's recommendation: Run from this company, they rob you.
