Good morning my name is Gold Samuel and I took the Practice Science year on October 5/2020 and my laptop kept freezing on me and it delayed my test time and I just went ahead and pressed anything to get to the end to contact GED . I tried calling immediately and was on hold for a very long time so I called today and was told to email . Science is my favorite subject so I picked that first to test and it is showing not passing because of my laptop freezing up on me. I need to know what to do to retake the Science please. Thank you
