Scanner Software not working

The scanner software stopped working (again). I am tired to even contact customer service. I do not have time to sit here for hours to let them trouble shoot remotely and mess with my computer. I'll move everything I have somewhere else. Neat was a bad experience. Stay away! User's recommendation: Stay away. They have no clue what they are doing.
