"We purchased a toy guitar from Toptoys4u.co.uk for our grandchild in August 2013. The guitar was advertised as being 'A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item'. However, upon inspection after receipt the entire body of the guitar was scuffed and worn. We contacted Toptoys4u.co.uk immediately and told them this. We received an email from Maria Penfold at the company, stating that they would refund our money. She promised to send a pre-paid returns label, which we did receive. We sent back the guitar, but never received our money. We contacted them repeatedly about this, and eventually opened a case with eBay. However because we'd waited too long to involve them, we were no longer able to give feedback or be guaranteed a refund through eBay's policies. So because of our trust and belief that the company would refund without involving others, we are now out the money we spent on the guitar. Do NOT purchase anything from Toptoys4u.co.uk. This company lies about their products and then refuses to refund money to their customers. A very unreputable business!
