Ordered a hair curler in June 2018. Wrote to them a number of times up to August with no result. The site stated my curler was shipped back in late June. It's now almost October (one more day) and I tried to write to them once more, but site is gone. When I clicked on it I get - Oops, something went wrong. What happened? This shop is unavailable I can't even get my money back I bet, even though it was only $12.97, it's more of the principle or a morale thing!!! There are way too many complaints for this same item. I always check the reviews of an on line store before I buy, and I could not find any negatives, so I bought this item in good faith.
