Do Not use this company for zipline, rappel or anything else on your vacation, it is a SCAM.It us run by am American lady named Greta Hoffpauer. She seems very nice at first. We were promised 300 meter waterfall rappel tour. We had to pay upfront. It was $275 each. For the 3 of us that was $825. Then they took us near the waterfall and said they couldn't find the guy to open the gate to let them in but not to worry theirs another one. Then they took us to the other one. They paid off some guy, lead us back in some sketch area on his property then we got to the waterfall. Then one guide went down. The other guide lost track of the first guide. They were very unorganized and had no way of communicating between guides. We waited up there for hours and eventually the guide told us it was unsafe and we could not go down. After that we found the first guide by the car saying he was yelling it was unsafe but we couldnt hear him. Anyway, disappointed we all went back. Finally upon getting back us and the guides tell the whole story to the boss Greta Hoffpauer. She says shes going to give us all our money back but would have to do it tomorrow as she put it in the bank. Then later that night, I get an email from her saying they decided they are not going to give our money back and that is their policy.It was a big scam from the beginning. The whole operation was extremely unprofessional. I almost forgot to mention the guides brought drugs and were smoking *** at the top of the waterfall. Talk about a safety hazard? Dont fall for this scam the way we did!
