Scam lawn service

I got an online review to mow my lawn because my regular guy couldnt come this week. Last week all of the bushes by my house were trimmed nicely. The quote was for 47.00 which I thought was reasonable. Joseph shows up today and said he took pictures and it will be $208.00 because the bushes need trimming! Scamer!!
