Some of the rudest people I have dealt with in ages. Tried to be polite and explain that my mother has dementia and does not need this service and all future payments will be terminated. Tried to argue with me. I have full guardianship control and closed all payments to this mercenary company. Someone named Ky was absolutely vile. I have filed with the BBB and will also file with the AG Office for Fraud.
