Samsung galaxy j2 new battery

I live in Istanbul Turkey. I needed a battery for my galaxy J2 Core phone. I was referred to a Samsung service in Avcilar, Istanbul. I purchased a Battery, thinking that it is the original battery. Then I asked for guaranty and the receipt but they avoid doing that, indicating that there is no one to give me receipt. I was there during the work hours around 3:00 PM. there was a bout 10 sales representative and not one person to print the receipt? I Knew something was wrong!!! I said I won't live the store until I get it. But they ask me to leave the store without printing a guaranty and receipt. It was very insulting . I am 59 years old. Their behavior was not acceptable!!!After one hour they gave me a receipt which I haven't rea it yet since my eye glasses is lost. It has not been two days yet, and the battery is not working. I do not want to spend money to go the service by taxi since it is very far rom where I live because of the Covid-19 situation in Turkey. Plus, I spent so much money to get an original Battery so I can't be bother in the future. This seems like the battery is not original. They are representing Samsung! I am not going to be quiet about it. I will take legal action for insulting me and selling me a fake product. Is this what Samsung is????????
