Safe link said my cell was no longer compatible with features & I need to upgrade.

I was fine with my little BlackBerry, I even had the internet until they cut that off but that was ok I got to save a lot of minutes! By getting free minutes & me buying some I have saved 16,512 minutes. I was proud of that! All of a sudden yesterday my cell has no service, safelike shut me down! I guess because they sent out a new cell which I got today. Took me almost 5hours for them to figure out how to transfer my old to my new! Everybody was so nice & pleasant. This finally was settled & I asked my rep are my minutes in this cell & she assured me they were. On my BlackBerry if I went online the cost came out of my minutes this new cell has 3 different boxes data,minutes & talk all they have me was 1651 minutes that's all. So I call back I ask for supervisor & "CHERRY" (Lol) I know I shouldn't of laughed but I did! Made her mad, She screamed that's all I get 900 ! I was going to agree to 1651 but no!! I ask for her boss & she made it clear , " I am the boss just me cherry"!!! So MATT think you can fix this? This child was so unprofessional I have been a loyal customer for ten years this is sad & bad business! Oh & to TOP IT ALL OFF guess what? My service date was ending Dec 2020 but now it ENDS April 10, 2020..Thank you "CHERRY" User's recommendation: Can't rate this, cherry ruined it!
