My tenant sent me rent money, but I couldn't access through Pop Money's faulty software! Then a *** customer service, (oxymoron - emphasis on moron), told me that he had to open a file and that someone would get back to me in a day or two. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that that would take one to two business days, as well. Total *** What should be a simple over-the-phone identification process, turned into an unnecessary drawn out process, and I still haven't gotten my money yet. And, it had already been sent to me in the first place!!!!
