Kefalonia Airport Greece...NO STARS !!! WARNING! do not hire a car from this company... Ive been travelling to this island for over 20 years and have always rented a car from the familiar professinal car hire companies, this year I made a mistake and hired via a third party economycars.com and ended up at Green Motion. AWFUL and a SCARY EXPERiENCE! 1) Incredibly poor customer service from a rude and verbally aggresive assistant 'Mary' (she seemed to become immediately unhinged) when asked a question regarding the vehicle and her boss was not any better. NOTE: It was 11pm at night just travelled from the UK and needed a car to get me to my hotel on the other side of the island so I thought best to smile and shut-up and deal with this through Trustpilot when I arrived home to the UK. 2) Hidden additional charges were added for a late pick up and again the rude and inapproriate customer service person 'Mary' was refusing to work with me the customer, "pay it or no car!" 3) Unsafe small car; Tires were worn out so didnt grip mountainous roads and boot hood was faulty and wouldnt remain open when trying to place luggage inside. This was a very extremely bad experience, Im please I made it home safely and I did not allow it to mar my week away on a beautiful island. My gut told me if I complained then these are the type of people that will add damages and extra charges to my already escalating hire price as they are so wrapped up in their own ignrorance and hunger for money. They are very unprofessional, discoutueous and untrustworthy.. All customers steer clear of Green Motion - Kefalonia Greece.
