Rude manager poor service

6/7/20 my family of 4 foster children and husband and myself went to Hillsboro Ohio store at 6;30. We had a approx. wait time of 30 min. Understandable. Seated 45 min. later. Understandable. Placed our order, received drinks fairly quick. 20 min. Later I received my rolls “ fresh out of oven”. Husband didn’t receive his biscuits. Ok. After a 45 min. Wait asked about our food and was told “there is a ticket waiting 43 min. Ahead of yours.” Finally after an hour and 12 min. Got part of our food. Some hot some cold. One child’s didn’t come, biscuits never came. That child’s came 10 min. later and was not all there. Another 10 min. Had to ask for silverware now. When the manager finally came to our table she told us they had so many new procedures because of the corona virus is why. I told her the broccoli was still cold from refrigerator and one child’s hamburger bun was as cold as if it just came out of refrigerator to feel it. She did with bare hands and asked if I wanted more broccoli. That was the only thing she offered to do for us as she just kept telling us it was all because of the new rules. Our $43 bill was paid and we left!
