Rude management and over charging after price quote

I was quoted a certain price on a job and I went in to have the job done and they started giving me all these excuses why it was going to be noticeable more then the quote and I feel this is wrong and not the way to conduct yourselves as professionals when doing business they were extremely rude and over charged me the worse thing is it was a Manager that this all started and ended with his name was Luis and he is in charge at the grass valley store and what a joke that man is! I think if the company knew how he conducts himself and how much business he loses them he wouldn't be there anymore! I have be a loyal customer for 13 years and know that has ended because I refuse to deal with Luis again and as long as he is running and ruining the grass valley store I will not recommend they to anyone I know ever again. Also the young lady at the front desk is so rude and threw a fit because she was wrong and then wouldn't even look at me let alone talk to me about my car anymore. Professional?? Not even close!! This place is awful for customer service now and desperately needs changes in management and front staff!
