My mother, my father( senior and disabled) and I went to BDO San Jose Del Monte Branch, Bulacan today, July 18, 2019 at 4pm to submit the endorsement form given by SSS, which will allow my father to open an account for his pension-(6 years nang delay pension niya) It was 4:00pm and the teller incharged(wearing white blazer, maybe pregrant) told us, cut off na ng 4pm. I begged and she said, patingin ng ID, kelangan, identical signature dapat SJDM address, too many alibi and mean pero I'm sure, ayaw lang niya ma-hassle. I said magkaiba na talaga sign niya kasi stroke na siya, hirap na mag-sign. Then, she said, you need to comply. I understand that we have standards but is it too much to be human at some point. Baldado yung tao and parang Mission Impossible ang gusto niya--iba na ang sign niya vs sa SSS ID because di pa siya PWD nun and sad thing, wala na daw ibang option.Lipat na lang kami ng banko. Truly disappointing.
