Interested to find this site. Here in UK we have had two ‘oak’ exterior doors which started to de-laminate within weeks of fitting. JW said they had been painted wrongly - they’d been been done exactly as specced by company. Only after weeks of nagging on our behalf by the retailer did they grudgingly give a part rebate. Also have JW patio doors - the adjustable hinges are feeble, can’t take the weight of the door, eventually break up internally when adjusted. Poor products and dire service. Will never buy their stuff again.
