I just came from cookout located on Uncw campus Wilmington nc. I ordered a burger tray and a side burger and on both burgers they were messed up. No lettuce or cheese on the tray burger. The side burger was basically 75% onion with a tiny meat wad situated in the middle that didn’t even fill up the bun. I just wasted $11 on a meal that was dissatisfactory and I’m very pissed off. I want a full refund of my cost or something that equals if not more to if for my inconvenience. This is ridiculous that I pay $2 for a burger that doesn’t even fit the bun that it is placed on, it’s despicable. Please contact me back. Jacob is my name.
