RIPPED ME OFF !!!!!

I WAS LIED TO BY THERE LOYALTY DEPT ABOUT COST NOF NEW PHONE AND IPAD>;;;;;;;;;;;;; BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 25 YEARS. THEY LIED TO ME AND I HAVE SPENT OVER 10 HOURS OVER MANY CALLS TO THEM. THEY DONT CARE!!!! STILL NO SATISFACTION. IM MOVING ON !!!!!
