Came to home for oven repair..pushed button on..it doesnt heat..that's why we called in the first place..playswith the latch..which is broken..another reason why w called them..than goes to truck..punches mod# in and says it's going to be 500 bucks for thermal switch replacement and latch..when he didn't even see if the switch needed replaceing at all..just might have to flip it.I was never told service charge for him coming out was 89bucks!! Just for him telling me what i already knew and looking the thing up on the computer..what kind of diagnostic is that?? And then going to charge $89 for it?? I refused to pay that..i can get a brand new oven for what they charge for repair!!
