Update by user Jan 12, 2017 this shop fixes things that aren't broke, and the things that need repaired, they don't know how to fix right, avoid them, as you will be sorry, they do not stand behind their work, and Mike Jensen the owners son, will not handle himself in a professional manner Original review posted by user Jan 11, 2017 I took my 1995 ford windstar van into Jensen tires on galvin, Travis Westfall said the smell from exhaust was my exhaust system, sold me 900 muffler system, and then, told me I couldn't afford a P0340 code, which is a camshaft position sensor code, which at the end of the New years, I found out is only 140 to change by a shop. So then, I had starter issues, and the van then, went back to Jensen, shop where they sold me a used starter. Then still had starter issues, tried to sell my an alternator. Moral of story, don't take your vehicle here, found out, this sensor is cheap, they couldn't have made a bunch of money off it, told by Dave at the Galvin shop, how they just mark things to get the shop more build up in money, yep, their own shop assistant manager said, they basically rip people off, acting like big shots, like Travis Westfall. Put a big shot talking at your shop, build up your shop, not by doing good business. I personally talked to Mike Jensen, he tells single moms to shut up, when they try to talk, so he said he would refund me the starter, lied, never sent check. Mind you, he says he is afraid of me, but told me to shut up. I sent him a facebook request to get him to acknowledge my wanting the starter cost back. He also emailed me ok, when I said I turned him into the Attorney General for his professionalism and practices....
