I stopped in at the Cary / durham auto mall to have a 3500 duramax air conditioning system repaired also oil, tire rotation and a slow leak in tire along with other small things. Later that day I get a call that the a/c is going to cost 2500.00 in repairs and 11 hrs repair time so I give them the ok. I dropped it of on Tuesday morning. Thursday I call at lunch and it's not ready but they say it will be ready later that evening. Ok, I call 4pm still not ready now Friday at 230pm I pick the truck up . Now , I live in charlotte. I talking to service dept and I asked what took so long , the answer well we had to stop to work on yours and work on others. I look on the invoice and noticed not everything was done that I asked. Well, we didn't have time . So, I go to leave alarm and power doors don't work. Another 1/2 ok things happen. They repaired the leak on the tire. Good. I'm traveling 85 at 75mph and I have a blow out. So, the tire they fixed they pugged the side wall. A no , no everyone knows that . 2hrs changing a tire on the side of the interstate sucks. I call dealership and talk to service and there response well drive the truck here and we will fix it. I'm trying to get home on Friday. Monday I send pictures to service and to managing dept. No, email or call. And was billed for the repair.
