REWARD NOT RECEIVED

I received an email stating i could receive a $750 cashapp rewards. I completed all of the requirements and received an email stating my rewards was on the way then I got an email saying my identification was needed again. So I have now sent over 10 emails with my ID yet I keep getting the same message stating it has not been received. I have tried emailing support to ask what is the issue and the person just keeps saying hi but no answers to my questions concerning my reward
