I ordered a Scosche knuckle for a phone mount on my motorcycle that was not compatible with my mount. The item was about 6 in long and probably weighed less than 3 oz. It cost $32.00. I printed out the return label from e-trailer and return the item. I called etrailer because I only received $12 return on thiis item. I was told that there was a $15 charge on the return. He still doesn't explain the additional five but I was not refund. I will not get business for this outfit again.
