Return but no refund

I made a return on June 5th. I used a 'complimentary label' and here it is July 21 and the tracking number shows it was picked up by their carrier and I still have no refund. Over $300 order!! Order number E0527****. User's recommendation: I really thought Coldwater Creek would not treat their customers like this!
