Retractaway Doors are Junk and the company will not help solve problems
I had a Retractaway screen door installed by a professional carpenter. It worked okay initially, but after several months of use, it started to stick and had to be used gently, but firmly. Eventually it literally fell apart. I removed the door and reinstalled it myself and it worked fine for about two weeks and then again fell into pieces. I emailed Retractaway numerous times asking for any help they might be able to offer and received no replies. They are sold through Home Depot. I recommend not buying this brand of screen door. I have totally removed mine and threw it away in the trash. It was a piece of junk that cost me about $350.00 with installation.
