I purchased earrings at store number 5228 and prior to paying for $50 earrings for my 5 year old, I explained to them that my daughter has lost several earrings, and I did not want to spend that much money on a pair of earrings that may eventually be somewhere with every other one she has misplaced. One of The salesperson said “but I already opened it,”(with a annoyed look on her face) and the other salesperson, Gabrielle reassured me that it is very difficult for my daughter to remove her earrings, or to be snagged off by clothing. It would require a lot of force. Well on 5/2/18 not only did she almost lose one of the pair because it was snagged off by clothing, she eventually lost one because she decided it was uncomfortable, and took it off. Frankly I’m upset because I should not have paid that much money for a pair of earrings that she would wear for only a month and 3 days. Your sales representatives require accurate education about your 14k earrings. A 5 year old can remove earrings, and it did not require much force.
