Update by user Apr 12, 2019 Hunt A Killer resolved the issue in a courteous and professional manner after some gentle prodding. The resolution fully satisfied my issue and was very reasonable. Their customer service department was responsive and acted in an ethical manner. I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future. Apparently, buried in a 2 point font, single spaced "terms of service" which is at the very bottm of their webpage, they say they can go ahead and do this, without any advanced notice. It's not enough that you paid them once, they refuse to cancel it and refund the money. It's a rip off. Don't do business with this place.
