Resolved: Theft of Gift Card funds by Instacart and the refusal to replace them

Update by user Jul 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It took more phone calls and 10 emails and a threat of going to the State Attorneys Office and the Better Business Bureau.. Original review posted by user Jul 18, 2021 On July 8th I redeemed a $500.00 gift card on Instacart. I spent $167.71 on three orders two on July 10th and one on July11. On July 17th I tried to place another order and the Instacart system was malfunctioning and not processing orders and was telling me to try my order again. I did not realize that each time I tried to reorder it was subtracting from my gift card. I now have a balance of $32.28. Where is my money???? I tried to call and was hung up on twice(after being on hold for 30min), as well disconnected twice during on-line chat!!!!!!! I am owed $300.00 and I want my money back.
