Update by user Oct 19, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Sep 19, 2020 Not a true hearing aide. It is an amplifier disguised as an aide. Constant problems with product. I just sent another email (forget phone calls) . I requesting info on return and credit back to insurance. I am expecting difficulties in doing this.
