Made a purchase at Coqui Coqui US. Their representative Kim Van D refuses to send me what I paid for. Each time I have contacted her she tells me it will be the following day. How many times does she think that will work? She has told me the same thing on two separate occasions a week apart from each other. She can't even keep her lies straight. DO NOT BUY FROM COQUI COQUI US - YOU WILL REGRET IT - AS I DO. If you must buy from them I suggest you use their perfumery in Mexico - It appears that they have a different rep there. You MIGHT actually get the package that you paid for. I was trying to give her one more chance before contacting the BBB but after the second lie - I don't expect to receive anything.
