Update by user May 15, 2018 Using an out-dated computer OS Update by user May 15, 2018 - Update: I finally figured out to use a Windows 7 computer. Problem solved concerning their website functionality. The retrun / replacement process took several weeks, but the size shoe I needed was finally delivered. Original review posted by user Apr 13, 2018 This company has created a return policy that is obviously fraudulent. They march you through the steps to create a return label, but the online form fails just before the label is created. They first claim the fault lies with you and your computer/browser, then finally admit they are having technical difficulties. After two months of waiting for them to fix these supposed technical difficulties I have given up. I am stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes that don't fit me. Did I receive the product I ordered? Yes. Do they honor their return policy? No. I have really tried to work out a solution, but they seem more and more like scammers every time customer service replies. This bicycle shop gives all bicycle vendors a bad name.
