You have to tell all the customer service to have a good attitude not rude, because the customer service I spoke to is even trying to pull out my information, what a poor customer service you have. User’s recommendation: Be polite at least.
I unwittingly used the PissedConsumer website to complain about not being able to get through to Sunwings regarding extension of an unused travel voucher. The Company got back to me in hours with an extension. Excellent response
I was travelling March 13 last year (COVID ) Hit that week. My son had a upper respiratory infection which I honestly came forward and told them. They did not refund my money or give me vouchers and denied me and my family boarding User’s recommendation: Very unhappy.

Was offered a $200 refund towards next vacation. April 2019 we went to Montego Bay Holiday Inn. Our flight was delayed a day. We both missed work and lost two days wages. We were offered a $200 voucher towards our next holiday. We took our honeymoon in November with Sunwing I never received the $200 voucher off....
