Update by user May 18, 2020 upgrade me to samsung 10 for no extera charge for being costumer with company for going on thrid year . make me happy Original review posted by user May 18, 2020 I was told that right after I purchase the phone online with a plan that I did not need but purchased because I desperately needed a phone .i was guaranteed that within two days I will receive it .on or about 16 off may I called I was put in hold after getting a right department witch was deferred department on line they verified the purchase phone gets hanged up so I figure it will be in the mail .today on Monday the 18 I spend one hour and help to take to a phony representative that blaming the issue for basically us policy on covet in Philipines s I was really patient with her nice talking and put common sense in her mind now I got a newly generated tracking number which is not in the system ..please upgrade me to something better for all the pain and suffering wow this shouldn't be an answer to a customer basically she is saying put up or shut up User's recommendation: be sure to get a tracking number from there and costumer ID.
