Update by user Apr 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. See comments just posted in the update section.. Update by user Apr 02, 2021 After many emails and having to submit several docs to PayPal, I just got word today that they had issued a full credit refund and this was confirmed by PayPal. It will take a while for me to get the charge back in my credit card, but at least this long nightmare is over. It took about eight (8) weeks to get my money back. Don't believe their 60 day return promise. They will do anything to drag it out and then offer you a small percentage refund if you drop the return claim. I ordered a set of earrings for my wife on Feb 6th as their web site said they would be shipped in 3 days and we will get them for Valentines Day. Today is March 3rd. 2021 and they still have not arrived. I have had several emails from them and they still say its been shipped. Now they say it is in Orlando, FL (about 120 miles from me) but they have been saying that for several days. I filed a dispute with PayPal but all they do is forward it to the seller who gives the same response. Save yourself a lot of headaches and frustration and don't deal with these people. User's recommendation: Stay away.
