Update by user Oct 04, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I received what I ordered. It looked so great I actually ordered another one for the opposite window on my Mustang GT and received that in a pretty timely manner. The only thing I didn't like is that the email communication is horrible and updating the status on your order is also horrible. Fix that, plus get the product to the customer when you say you will. In my case it was supposed to be 3 business days. The first one took about one month, the second about 2 weeks.. Original review posted by user Sep 04, 2020 I ordered on August 14th. It says in transit but still haven't received my item. Tried emailing many times with no luck. Keep away from these idiots. User's recommendation: Stay far away.
